The Sugar Hill House offers beautiful Manhattan accommodations in a classic New York 1895 brick townhouse on a quiet tree-lined street between Saint Nicholas and Convent Avenues.

The Sugar Hill House occupies 2 fully privatized floors of an historic townhouse that, when rented as a whole, accommodates 8 guests.
The space will include 4 queen beds, 4 full bathrooms, full kitchenette, wet bar, small terrace and laundry.

Reserve one of two units
The Sugar Hill House accommodates up to 4 guests in one of two fully privatized duplex units – The Bailey or The Hamilton.
Each unit has 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, kitchenette and shared laundry.

Both accommodations can be booked as one residence.

Accessibility Note
The residence requires mobility to handle 1.5 flights of stairs. There is also an interior circular staircase to each bedroom level. (Alternatively, one may use the traditional hallway stairwell for upstairs access.)
Bedroom level includes a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower requiring a high step up and over the rim. The Living Room level with Murphy Bed has its own bathroom with easy step-in shower.
The open floor plan and circular stairs are not recommended for toddlers/small children. Guests take full responsibility for their own safety.
