Smoking

Both units and hallways are non-smoking.

Please restrict smoking to outside only.

Smoking is permitted on the Hamilton outdoor terrace with the terrace door and windows closed.

 

Pets

Well-behaved, attended dogs are allowed in The Hamilton Unit only, for an additional $50 fee.

 

Booking / Deposits

To confirm your reservation, we require a $65 deposit following confirmation with your host. For stays of 4 nights or more, we request a deposit of $180.

 

We are pleased to welcome bookings of up to three weeks.

To guarantee your booking, final payment is required 2 weeks prior to check in date. 


Payment Methods

Deposit and payments may be paid through PayPal (@BethKaufman20) or Venmo (@Beth-Kaufman-17). Just let me know if that works for you.

 

Cancellations

Once your deposit is paid it will be fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to check-in date.  Otherwise, nonrefundable.

Cancellation is accepted no less than 3 days prior to check-in date for a 50% refund of the room charge. If cancellation is within three days of check-in, payment is non-refundable.
